Welcome to physical education. My name is Tim Kappes and this is my fourth year teaching at Cowern Elementary. The past three years have flown by. I am so fortunate to be teaching at this great school. I received my teaching license from the University of Minnesota in 2006. GO GOPHERS!!! There are many fun units planned for this year.
